My infraction

I got an infraction for flaming in this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=5193359#post5193359

I understand that what I said was flaming, but isn't it obvious that the guy was trolling? Given the circumstance, I don't think that what I said should be considered flaming, because, for one, things like that are said literally ALL the time on sythe, and second, he was obviously trolling and looking for attention, and I don't think it's fair to infract me for that post.

Also, how long does it take to wear off? Or does it at all?
