    my idea for stop 70% scammer
    heres my idea no leecher can go on blackmarket here is what post req they need for go on section 1-50 post=user services 50-100post= buy gold ,iteam,Miscellaneous ,member sale. they need 250post for getting in all other black market section so ppl know them more coz only ppl with 1-10post coming and scamming and change ip and coming again every time! this maybe help?
