They are very nice overall, however, you should try to practice faces more. The eyes look a bit creepy

Your shading right above the upper lip just makes the whole piece look awkward on some of them.

True, it's better to put a little shading under the lips to give them some dimention.

I will do my best on my next detailed face piece of work to see what happens. Hopefully I can correct the error I seem to be making.
