My dispute- Staff please look

I just made this account because going through the dispute forum as unregistered doesnt work well. I havent been on sythe in a long time, and decided to get back on. My account was Imprettycool. When I tried to log in it said banned for "sigex." Upon doing research I found out that this sigex guy had the database or something? And he took a bunch of accounts. It said if you wanted to get your account back to contact a admin and prove it was yours, and that you had to pay back anything if sigex scammed on your account. On my account all he did was make a couple posts I guess so nothing was scammed. As for proving the account was mine, I talked to Tgump and he said post here. I figured I could tell you my registration ip or orginal ip or whatever- which was 96.132.140.21 to prove the account was mine. I was also a donator so your help in getting my account back and me back on sythe would be much apprectiated. How do we reslove this?
