I'm not sure if you would be able to find someone to stake you with prayer on and allow range+melee+specs.

But if you do i recommend getting 88 range and mage as you can get both without levelling combat with those attack and strength levels. Also this means that you could use ancients to freeze and do damage instead of hoping for a bind.

True but there is many quests for ancients and i'm not a questing person. Although with the range I may get 70, and as for the prayer staking i'm sure that there is people who shall be fooled

lol and i'm not much of a staking person so i could be wrong but...

DDS hits higher than dclaws and if you are no arming, they would both hit as often. Also dds has 4 specs, not 2 and you could wear a shield (not that it would help much on 1 def). SO all in all, maybe ditch the dclaws and spend that money on training range/mage

Well, 2 Dclaw specs = 8 Hits so you know if there all good = KO even if 1 spec is good it's still massive damage. Meanwhile the DDS has 4 hit spec total.

Stats of D-Claws:

Attack Bonus

+41 +57 -4

+56

Defence Bonus:

+13 +26 +7

DDS:

+40 +25 -4 +1

0 0 0 +1 0

+40

yes but with a dds lets say you have 80 str, are using super str and have no strength bonus. This would mean you could hit 207-207 each spec. Meaning that the absolute maximum damage you could deal with all specs would be (207+207)*4 which is 1656 damage. Dclaws on the other hand do damage differently. With the same bonuses as stated above, the perfect spec would be 207-103-61-51. Which is roughly 420. However you only get two specs with dclaws which means that with both specs reaching the max hit with dclaws you can only hit about half as much as you could with 4 dds specs.

Edit: And also like i stated in an above post, using a dds also means you can have 1 hand free for a defender or shield, even at 1 defence they can help.

The flaws in your plan
1) Not many low level pures stake anymore
2) NOBODY stakes prayer on, you would be wasting your time with that
3) HP is the most important stat. In pure staking 99 HP is always the best option, regardless of other stats.
4) 60 Ranged, really? People your combat level would have 80+ Ranged.

I'll consider going to 70 and use a range pot = 80 Range

Many pures stake.

The HP i'll try making it more

If your only getting 70 range, don't range stake...

I'm not I saw as it doesn't gain CB Lvl's as much so I might aswell go for it. I will just range 3-4 times then spec with claws maybe DDS.

[Novorites]

Does it have pure quests done?

[Kratom]

And nobody stakes with potions on, bro.
Before making plans like this I suggest you actually go to the arena first and look around the scene to get a feel of it.

Will do man thanks for the suggestion

even though i dont know much about the low level staking thing, first off you would be better off staking without pray, second off you gotta have sheild on to use claws which a def pure can abuse with something like a dfs, third dds does more total damage than d claws making it more useful in things like stakes where there is no eating and such...maybe you want to be more of a pker on this dream account and try someting else for a staker.

this exactly, If your going to make a serious staking account then it has to be perfect and you have to know what your doing. However the account your thinking of right now would do pretty well in pvp.

Maybe some will you never know bud

In all honesty it's sad that your ignoring everyones advice.

-People don't stake with prayer on, especially low level pures which would be who you are fighting.

-Claws do not out dps dds, as said by others. Also, to use claws you would need to have shield on, again, something most pures won't allow, and you may run into the random def pure who will happily equip his dfs and continue to kill you.

-60 range with addy arrows and msb.. really? To begin.. to use a msb you need shield slot, and as previously stated most don't allow shield. You would NEED to use rune knives/morgan axe/morgan javs to have decent range dps. Also, if you were to find a pure that allows range + melee, you can be sure that their range is going to be 80+ and can out dps your 60 easily.

-20 mage for bind. What? Ice burst at the minimum if you want to hold someone, barrage would be ideal.

- Pots... no. Nobody stakes using pots.

Basically... potting+msb ranging+claws+prayer = go to the wildy.

to be blunt, your plan is bad and no one will stake you. just make a pker.
