My complicated dispute

This is my second attempt to get my account back, the reason why I dispute again is because Nathan's answer did not help me out and the person who had banned me before (Pen) is gone. The only reason I made this second dispute is because a mod recommended I do so.

Yes, my account LITE did ban evade for the account named CooBot (I think) and CooBot did ban evade for the account Hi im Bob' (Which was made for trading, but I never had ANY intention of scamming, I wanted to use OFFICIAL MIDDLEMEN ONLY on that account) which ban evaded for my first account; Hi im Bob, made back over a year ago.

The problem is I totally forgot the reason why Hi im Bob was banned, I BELIEVE it was for spamming.

So I have been bored lately now since school started and I can't really hang with my friends until the weekends, so I decided to come back to Sythe, about a few months ago, under the name CooBot, I DID NOT hide my e-mail or anything else because I was hoping to come back as Hi im Bob sooner or later. I was wrong: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=464152 Still, no valid reason to my ban. (I never tried to hide my identity from this site, like other ban evaders)

I came back as LITE to do some trades because I felt I was unfairly banned, if you take the time to look at the posts, I also did some trades, no scamming, no accusation of scams, just trying to get by on one of the biggest RWT sites.

As expected, a ban again. But this was all because of one ban that happened a year ago, and I can not get in touch with the person who banned me (Pen). I asked a few mods to help me but they said I needed him to un-ban me, but he can't. So now I am stuck, I really have a few RWT things to finish; and this site is full of trusted people I would like to trade.

So can I get any of these accounts back? Preferably the one banned a year ago for what I think was spam?

Help me out please?

I tried getting others to help me out but they just couldn't, so if you do keep me banned, at the very LEAST give me the reason for my first ban.
