    Yes. Delete system32 for ultimate running speeds - it's filled with dump files that Windows makes everytime it turns on. Deleting it can usually triple or quadruple speeds you are experiencing now.

    System32 is basically a cashe of all the files you've ever downloaded, ran, ect ect, when you delete it, it restores to the day you turned on your computer, minus you keep all your old stuff.

    don't do it unless you want your comp to run faster
