Yoo, heres my advice- use addy bolts instead of bone to train. It goes a lot smoother.

Also kill green dragons with tank gear and addy bolts- it works great and how I partway got to 99 ranged (im 19m range xp). Avainsees work great too.

I've been using broad since 55 slayer lol, my mains 27m range exp, aviansies beast me and greens are to crowded so for now im alternating between tzars/slayer and iron drags [only like 20k xp/hour but fun and good drops ^_^ ]

 

How do you get your picture's big and visible , when i do it , you have to click on them and it takes you to imageshack.

Ah, oh those drags.
I use a bounty world and kill the ones at 35 wild. Rarely anyone walks by and I make mass profits off my EP sets and target kills.
