My Ban Appeal

On the second picture on that thread, he says "reporting you on sythe... unless you want to refund or deliver" I did, however refund him as shown in this picture: http://i44.tinypic.com/2s8lbfc.jpg . What really happened was I was planning to sell a steam account 6 digit to him with Counter strike 1.6, source, and left 4 dead for 15 bucks. While doing this trade, I was also browsing sythe.org. I gave him my username and I was thinking about turning off the trade and giving him his payment back. I decided I was going to refund him instead. Unfortunately, when I tried to send him the message, my internet was losing connection. Leeching off my neighbors internet gives me a horrible connection. When I finally got my internet back, I went on Paypal and I noticed he has filed a dispute. I refunded his payment.
