My account is now cleaned

I submitted a hijacked my email address request, just got a response. My account is now secured clean and ready to be appealed but one problem is I don't know the email address but I thought they removed and set the one I put in and I tried but it doesn't work.

 

They should remove it, send a email to jagex stressing the situation to them.

 

I've posted in the thread again but I can't wait another 24 hours - 35 hours to respond. Emailing takes more than a month

 

So the issue is you just dont know whos email? or you dont know your email? what?

They told me about the request in that thread and said I can now recover my account. Thing is they didn't tell me what email they set when they removed the hackerS?

 

Basically they should have removed your email.

There should now be no email on the account, meaning you can recover it manually.

Email [email protected] it worked and they got the email removed, all I had to do was recover it. You should be able to recover it without the email if they said they secured it.
