Why buy an account with recovs??

 

if the seller recovered it then why is it still locked ?
I say it's just someone that have been recovering it too much and got it locked by doing so many appeals.
try to cool down for a week or so and try recovering with whatever info you have and see if it's locked or not.

Off topci: Well when you log into runescape you have agreed to the Terms of service. If you break them then jagex can make punish you irl (but the will most likely not tho).

That means the owner tried to recover the account,
and jagex locked it in suspicion.
Without creation information there's little hope of getting it back

Either:

1) Jagex locked the account because of a sudden IP change

2) Previous owner is attempting to recover (so far unsuccessfully)

3) Previous owner has successfully recovered but hasn't changed the password yet


Bottom line is never buy accounts.
