Me myself i think they will bring it back. but i think they will implement a system already in the works like the rollback system.

There has already been talk about bank rollbacks in the future. its simple. they just pull trade history from the accounts like the exchange history and if they see many of trades for that one account to random non friend/clan related they just click a button to restore banks back to set dates as a warning then ban after so many violations.

because we ALL know with jagex there's always that "wtf is this" catch when it happens.

Well, instead of trading, you could just drop trade like you used to to transfer gold/items to your alternative accounts. Just saying.

 

If you're smart, you'll figure out a way to not get "caught"...

I'd just transfer in the staking worlds

 

There will be so many people xfering it will be hard for Jagex to keep up with all of it, although some will get cought. As you said jagex will try and put somthing to stop it further, but people will figure out ways to get around it.
