Mx799 scam need help

"Mx799 is such an idiot. First he took a bank video, then he RWTd all of his gold. Then he got banned for RWT and uploaded the video for "proof" he didn't RWT. Then he bought another maxed account (Dr Mx799 - the maxed forums proved it) and this account got banned too."

I was selling account on Playerauctions.com , buyer confirmed delivery of this account, Yes he changed it's username to "Dr Mx799" so i know that is him, but I didn't receive money because he reported that i tried to recover this account and this account got banned.
I didn't even try to recover it but i found out who is he i also told playerauctions in my evidence about it but they kinda don't believe me , so what can i do about it he keeps saying that it was banned because i tried to recover it , but i really wasn't i told them that it makes no sense this account was banned just after playerauctions delivered him account just after 1-2 days, so what can i do

Well, this is definatly a matter to be takin up in "Report a scammer" section of the website but, there really is not a lot you can do, if you payed cash, id suggest talking to your bank or orginization transacting the money and claiming a scam

 

No I did not pay anything, Im seller , I delivered him account and he confirmed delivery but then after 2 days he reported that i tried to recover it and it got banned and Playerauctions did not pay me the money , its in hold

 

I think it's something that you're going to need to sort out completely with the Playerauctions people. Did he manage to provide proof of you recovering the account? Cause if he didn't have any, I'm sure you should be given the benefit of the doubt?
