How does Riot Shield Boosting work?

Firstly, I will ask you to add my Gamertag Vv MIK3Y vV and you WILL need a headset so we can talk.
Next we will go into a hardcore ricochet SD match and you must have a riot shield equiped. I will then shoot at your riot shield until I have ran out of ammo (I will be using a light machine so the ammo will last a long time).

The results of this are amazing! The average score is 50000+ XP per game.
