Requirments:
Gold xbox live

Class:

level 45+

main: akimbo p90 or rpd
side: --
perk 1: one man army
perk 2: any
perk 3: any

(beside the perk you cant see names with)

main: riot shield
side: --
perk 1: one man army
perk 2: any
perk 3: any

level 44 or less
main: riot shield
side: striker or akimbo glocks or spas
perk 1: scavenger pro
perk 2: stopping power
perk 3: any

This will get you 70-100k exp per game.
