MW2 key from some region trade

[MegaTrader]

I'm looking to trade my mw2 key that doesn't work in my region . ( I'm in canada) I want a mw2 steam account for it . And I'll also give 10 $ to make the trade actually worth something
I don't go first unless you're trusted , have a lot of vouches , or you're an admin.
