Muyap refusing to refund

Hello.
I'm reporting Muyap as a scammer.
The 21 April I bought one of his GTA accounts with lifetime warranty.
According to him, it'd be 100% that nothing happened to it, and if it something did, I'd receive my money back.

I paid with PayPal, and received an account 10-15 minutes after payment.
Everything went smooth, and since my friends also wanted some cheap GTA accounts, I bought 2 more accounts over 2 days. I wanted to buy 1 more, but he didn't have any accounts with "lifetime warranty" left so I didn't buy.

On thursday, 2 days after initial purchase, the last account I bought got recovered for some reasons. He promised me money back or another account, but I had to wait till his mate was online, so I had to wait around 15 hours. In those 15 hours, my two other accounts that I bought was ALSO recovered. I sent him proof, the emails I got from Rockstar etc. This was on Friday, 24 April. If you search around on the internet, you can see that this is the time Rockstar promised that they'd recover stolen accounts within 24 hours of contacting support.

Now, Muyap gave us 2 solutions.
1 would be refund
2. would be that we would receive temporary accounts, and then we will receive new accounts without lifetime warranty.

We obviously took choice 1, because we wouldn't want to risk to lose accounts again, and this time without warranty even. So we took choice 1. He also suspected me for "lying" about the accounts getting recovered, as seen from the photos. He said that it is almost impossible for the accounts to be recovered so close to eachother, but this was around the time Rockstar actually started to recover account for players. I don't give a damn about what he thinks though, i bought accounts, they got recovered, and now I want my money back.

Now it's been 4 days, and he still has not paid me back. I'll do a dispute after posting this thread. For 2-3 days ago he sold an account worth over 150$, but still claims he has no money on his paypal.
He was supposed to get the money today, but he still has not replied.
He's active on sythe, but not on skype. The day he gets the money he doesn't reply? What a coincidence.
