I support, It would limit scammers since, they might not even know how to get a firecape etc, so if they requirement is a firecape picture. It's ok.
But, Would it have to be themselves? They could just find a picture on google. And blank name out quite easily.

 

Yeah but they'd need to write their name like YO DIZ IZ ____ DOING MAH DEFENDAR NUMB 24 while they were on the account.

 

you cannot range or mage them, it will deal no damage.




I think fire capes, quests, torsos, and all sold in game items (including accounts) should need pictures.

you need a combined 130 attack and strength to get into the warrior guild, so they're incredibly easy to kill. Considering most pkers train there, often getting 100+ defenders I don't see the point.

I don't thik it would really help as 99% of people would't trust any one to do a firecape if they had no proof anyway.

 

In the Runescape chat they must say something like "Brendan W From Sythe here finishing my 100th firecape!" Etc.

 

Not Hard to edit it... BTW I no its not the best but I CBF doing it like a pro would...
