    You're going to have to do a lot of building. Taking whey protein is fine, and that's probably all you should be taking now because you look pretty young. Taking NO Explode at the moment is fine, but you're going to have to cycle it because it will stop working. For instance: a full tub (40 something servings), then take 2-4 weeks off and use it again. After a while you're just going to peak from it, so you have to try new supplement such as: NO Shotgun, White Flood, Jack3d and Black Powder. I've tried all and they are decent products which aid in the intensity of workouts. You're definitely going to plateau at one point regardless, but you can take certain supplements to break it or even increase intake - which will always aid in weight consumption. I consume about 3500-5000 calories a day, not all great calories, but with my metabolism I can afford it. I'm about 6'1" 190 right now.

    If you have any questions let me know, I too have experience over 5 years as does Dam Prayer Noobs. I also have experience with multiple types of supplements.

    What does your diet consist of? Please put on more mass, and diet properly. Also, learn to pose correctly, they were horrible ;) KUDOS for getting a wee' bit toned. PM me if you want to set up a diet ;)

    You still look scrawny as, your before picture looked better than the after.
    Sorry, I'm just been honest. Keep going though :D

    You need 3% body fat to live.. your probably around 6-10% :)
