Is multiple logging safe? If so... how do I go about doing this?

I think he's referring to connecting to 2 accounts on the same server, and simply opening 2 pages will not work.

I haven't done it in a while, but Web Proxies usually work ( Assuming they have Java enabled )

Use any loader that changes the random.dat ConstantPool entry in the signlink class to something else.

Yeah yeah it's safe, there are a few things you can do. One of the following most common is just loading an unsigned java applet (if you still can) some clients used to allow you to multi log. Keep in mind this is for the same world.

But you can just log onto different worlds with 2 accounts, pretty simple.

all you need to do is have 2 Internets open and have them on the log in screen and press alt tab real fast and clicking log in

Here is the method this guy is talking about. Just go to www.runescape.com/slu.ws. Log in normally on one tab and go to that address on another tab, it will open the unsigned java mode, allowing you to double login even on the same world.
