    As you need PayPal verification to get S V U you can't get it before you turn 18? I am currently 17, but I want to get S V U. Will I just have to wait till I turn 18?

    Yup. That would be the legal way of getting it. However many underage people use paypal so you could try to make a pp account pretending to be 18 and buy svu for $5

    My debit card is already frozen on an pp account till i turn 18 :p so in order for me to get a pp with money i have to get a new card or wait till i turn 18. Only 4-5 more months. I can wait

    I think it's possible to have a student paypal account for people under 18 attached to your parents' email address, but it sounds like you might as well wait since it's only 4-5 months.
