When I want to transfer cash from my account to my other account, is it safe to use multi-loggin for that? Or would I be caught for RWT?

You will be fine. They honestly could not give a rats ass for transferring between your own accounts

 

The most you'll get is a warning/caution.

I've been doing this for years. If you made the GP your self you are fine. If you bought the GP for Irl then stake it over.

I traded 50m+ 07 gold between accounts and didn't get anything. The only problem would be if you traded your gold to an IP from a different country.

It's safe, as long as you are trading to the same ip Jagex wont really care
