Muffinonrs07 pardon request [3yes/3no]

Story: Got banned on powerbot for scamming 20m over a year ago and the person was a ban evader and he was banned shortly after. Due to my ban there, i was banned on osbot (a forum which i frequent and have over 400+fb) and was told if i wished to be unbanned i should contact the user and try to refund him, and was unsuccessful in doing so and was unbanned from osbot. Hopefully Maldesto could confirm this as it was a long time ago. Let me know what I need to do as this was over a year ago and is kind of absurd that it is just now being brought up when I have done numerous trades over the amount that was "scammed" for. I know scamming is scamming etc and I'll donate the scammed amount to sythe or w/e needs to be done to be unbanned from sythe as i have generated a nice amount of vouches on here and would not like to lose it. I think that's the thread relating to your osbot ban. Hopefully Maldesto can shed some light on this. Waiting on him.

Contacting Maldesto for some additional information

 

The user scammed is a mass ban evader on Powerbot. A mod on powerbot was unsuccessful locating any scams, out of the dozens of accounts that the user has, and both Muffins and I were unsuccessful locating a Skype to contact for the victim. Unless anyone feels different, I feel this pardon is eligible to be voted on now

I was on the fence with this one; however, I'll vote no support for this reason: you lack empathy for this.

While I do not consider you a threat to the site at all, you seem like this is more of an inconvenience for you. You don't show any remorse for what you have done, rather you seem to believe that because this was some time ago (not too long ago) that it should essentially be discounted. Describing this as "absurd" is certainly quite the opposite. Scamming is a bad offense, and without seeming sorry whatsoever for scamming, I cannot support this.

I do show remorse and my trading habits since then should show that as I have tried to better myself in the market. Regarding the "absurd" reference, I was saying it was absurd that it was brought up over a year ago because it is obvious yousuckv2 went out of his way to bring this up when it was already resolved (regardless if it was offsite).

This is a bit of info, this would be the 2nd or 3rd time the user has sold an account he bought and had been recovered and resold it. I just banned him on OSBot for it.

This is the second time he has sold that account both times recovered by the original owner and he sold again. I will only unban from osbot if he returns the gp and he will remain twc. I've warned him about this before he seems to sell accounts that get recovered. If allowed back on sythe I wouldn't allow account sells, I will not vouch for this guy any longer.

not that it makes any difference at this point but i refunded the user of whom got fucked over by my actions on osbot. Just to clear it up.
