    MSN "exploit"

was wondering if anyone could give me any info about this "exploit" that has been mentioned. Obviously not looking for someone to post it here, but considering it may have happened to my MSN's, looking to find out how to avoid it. If you know what it is and how it works, please PM me. Thanks

There are several types of exploits for MSN, which were you looking for specifically?

This isn't classified information. The only MSN glitch/exploit that's been brought to my attention is one where when in a conversation with someone, they can type as you.

Say your name is "Nate" in the conversation, they can reply EXACTLY as it would appear in an ACTIVE MSN window "Nate said blah blah blah"

Not sure how this could be used to scam or do anything malicious, but it does exist and i've seen it first hand, no idea how it works though.

    Best of luck.

This is done with a very simple script for MSN Messenger Plus.
It can be found in this database of scripts

I think Nate is talking about the exploit where you can hack anybodys msn in seconds. It was the same they used on me when I pissed off the admins on fuckjagex.

    uhhh ive heard of this.

Basically you can recover a msn password, with VERY little information.

There was a guide and im not sure where it is now. Basically all you need is them to email you.

Then you can use the message to track their location (city/state) then use that as some of the info for a recovery.

I think with basic information of the target, and an e-mail from them (to track their IP) you can get their password reset and you would now have control of their account.

Although I do not know how smart the people that review the MSN Password recoveries are, but if they are fooled with very little info, then it might be easy to get control of someones MSN.

Basically, if it is possible for someone to reset your password with little information about you, then there is nothing that you can really do other than not give out your information, but if someone you know/trust does this too you then you're screwed.
