Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: worker died on HCIM and failed to meet the time frame given for the services that would have been done for free as compensation for the death. We had not agreed beforehand on what would happen in case a death were to occur.

Anything else you wish to say: i realize that it was indeed my fault for at least not enforcing ToS as a whole - I was too lax since I never really had an issue before. This has certainly changed now, the ToS has been totally re-written and any time someone opens a ticket I will manually ask if they have read and agreed to it (it obviously also states now that I'm not responsible for HCIM deaths at all, like pretty much all other service providers do). I will demand the workers do their job better and provide constant updates, regardless of the client being understanding of delays or not. Also, the reason for me not having many vouches as of late is because I am inactive for a bit atm.
