MrLuckyDraw - My refusing the pay Ban

Hello,

I was shocked when I visited Sythe just to be informed I was banned for "refusing to pay what I owe"

While I know you may not be able to take my word for it, I can assure you that I didn't scam anyone, nor did I take part in any sort of gambling/dice or whatever. I have pretty much retired from Sythe, and only use it for the odd trade here and there. The people I had contact with last, Lvl75Def and JackGoff, can vouch for that.


However, when I look at the proof provided by BoostingHell, I realize that my sythe account has been hacked. I can't provide much proof of this.

the Skype on this picture doesn't match the Skype I have been using for essentially ALL of my time at sythe.

I use different passwords for my sythe and my Skype for protection. Again, I realize that you mods must be suspicious that I can just use a different Skype and just be my "own imposter". and I have no counter argument to this.

If you search for MrLucky.Draw on google or on this site, you can see that this is the only Skype I have been using during my sythe career and that the use of "MrLuckydrawsythe" has been a sudden change, probably given no notice that my old account has been hacked or changed.

The only other way I can prove this was not me is the sudden jolt in activity. Like I said, I was inactive from sythe, so I decided to sell my ONLY runescape account.
Therefore, you may be able to see that I go from long stretches of inactivity to a sudden posting frenzy. ( I cannot see my account's activity because I am banned, but I assume and hope that this is the case)


While I can't at this time muster up the $100 to pay the damages of my hacker (I hope that is all he scammed), I would still like to be a part of the community and sometimes the market. (Although not runescape because I don't play that anymore). Furthermore, even if I could pay, it would be financially irresponsible to shell out $100 for a site I use barely once a month.

If I don't get unbanned, which after being on this site for sometime realize is likely, I would like to thank the people I connected with, (mainly JackGoff and Lvl75Def, both noobs at PK'ing) and the market for the good times I've had on this site. I would also like to apologize for anything my hacker might have done.

If any of the mods need any information to prove that it's the real MrLuckyDraw, or any information that might help or benefit anyone in this case, I will be checking this regularly for the next few days, and will even chat on Skype (MrLucky.Draw) if necessary.

You're responsible for your Sythe account. You can refuse to pay if you'd like. Thus, this dispute is useless

Unless you were hacked for 2+ weeks, I'm not buying it.

Dave's post is spot on. You are responsible for your Sythe account.
