Why am I being banned yet again without ANY chance to respond to the complaint?

There have been NO complaints on my Skype nor any chargebacks on my Paypal.
I have not responded to any emails because it's preseason.

I tried to open a dispute a week ago but no use.

I am being banned yet again with legitimately no time to response to the claim.

I have not received any live chat requests from that person in either site or any other form. I was not able to respond to emails in preseason as I was on vacation.

I have refunded Vuong Quoc Pham




The reason why his order was not refunded or finished was because it was the end of the season and I was not online after the season was over. I did not receive any private messages on any of the tens of other communication forms nor a chargeback on Paypal which would have been sent back instantly.
