Explanation of the trade:
Basically was looking to sell this guy OSSCAPE GP, and I was instantly banned once the transaction went through. He never explained anything in his Terms of Service or warned me about any Terms of service. I heard this is required or else a refund is to be issued. (By the way, OSSCAPE has a policy that Mod+ can sell gold for GP and accept the 07GP.
How they scammed: We had a trade go through for OSSCAPE gp, he never explained his ToS or anything and just went through with the trade, every shop I've spoken with has made me confirm their ToS as they must issue a refund if they don't as I've seen in other reports, and Champ, RebornKings, etc. have asked me to accept their ToS on instant skype add.

As soon as the trade was completed, sent him vouch thread, he said brb shower 5 minutes, i was instantly banned at that moment

Other: I was just hoping to receive a refund as he didn't state/confirm his ToS or have anything in his terms of service in general at all. I've seen other shops issue refunds based on reports about this, and I was hoping if this user is to be banned, or issue a refund.

Sorry im new to the RSPS section, i was explaining my situation to another user and they told me about this ToS deal... didnt realize the rsps section was different

 

Not sure how reports go as i've never had an issue before. but if i can defend myself i'd like to.

I've been actively trading since 2014 and not really had an issue until now, this user tried to bully me into refunding him by mentioning the fact he was a $300 donor and also demanded i go first in the trade, which i did. I've traded on multiple servers with all stores.

I don't see what this has to do with the issue of you being banned. But atleast back this up with proof of this policy or that im affiliated with the server if that is the angle you're trying to take.

User is simply trying to take advantage of the fact he was banned (as was i) for Real-World-Trading, if he was aware in my ToS i didn't take responsibility for lost product, then why did you follow through with the trade.

Very poor report over all, but i'll let it be decided by those who matter.

 

First of all, we never bullied you at all about being 300$ donator and using that to our advantage (I'd like to see proof on your end about this), I'm just following the rules of Sythe that's all. I was never once warned about the ban possibilities in any of our conversations about OS-SCAPE, nor did you have me confirm anything about your Terms of Service.

 

Looking at your thread right now you have nothing stating anything about responsibility on your thread, as a long time seller and a user from 2014, you should definitely know how this works lol... we're new here and even we have a correct terms of service.

 

So you're aware there's always a risk in dealing. I'll definitely look into clearing things up when this issue is dealt with. But you're still being unreasonable and clutching at straws.

 

I have a few questions in regards to you and I now see you are most likely affiliated with Os-Scape staff.

Explain this: Gyazo - 20b176107d454a257ea569f329979e52.png The one trade I done with you, you claimed to have been "Banned" but still had stock left? I blocked you on Skype myself personally because of this situation.

And now this user is instantly banned due to the situation. You are held responsible for your T.O.S hence all of our T.O.S's, you are suppose to notify your customer of the risks, the T.O.S is there for a reason.

I and i'm sure every other seller uses Virtual machines and a paid VPN services to try have as little links to my accounts as possible. If you'd like the exact method i transfer my wealth you can contact me. As i personally believe it's non saturated and i'm the only supplier in the community using it on a large scale. Obviously not wanting to disclose it unless i have to, and certainly not publicly. Although i disagree with your decision i respect it.

Explain that if your methods are so "Undetectable" He caught you extremely quickly and must have been a fortune teller to guess the details of the trade as well?

 

I've had issues with people thinking i'm him a lot. Infact i even contacted him at one point (A customer put me in contact with him actually) So he could get proof that I wasnt HIM so he could clear up his own name to the staff team or whatever. It does look bad but i thought i cleared this up months ago. I'm not sure what you want me to say. I can't help my first name. I have and always will go as MrDeception, my skype is just also used for general conversation with family members and friends. I'm not stupid enough to sit in plain sight and if that was the case surely i would of had a lot more reports and issues before this one.

So my question to you is this, how does everyone get banned simultaneously after trading you if your methods are so undetectable? Don't you think they would've removed your stock by now? I find it weird that you have so "Much" stock, it would only make sense if you were an administrator.

Hey sorry for my input feel free to delete if you guys think its not irrelevant but as i am a close person to jason The admin i can assure u guys this is him! I would post screens in here but i cant as i am on my phone! But i am 110% sure this is him and i will try to get ex staff off os scape to get here and confirm this!

 

Please provide such evidence, as it would dearly help our situation, would also shed some light on the types of administrators OS-Scape has, scamming people regardless of real world trading, you're stealing people's 07GP as you've stolen mine. I'd like to use this amongst the Runescape Private Server community to expose OS-SCAPE.

 

User has been banned, I have all the evidence I need.
