Mrbell8 scammed me 250m on max main rent

Nothing much to elaborate on. 'FuckMrBell' -> sounds like a throwaway account to me made by a competitor. Burden of proof is on him. It clearly states in the forums that you should video, which he conveniently did not do. At the very least, he could have screenshotted the DC message as that stays on screen for quite a few seconds, which he again did not do.

This is an irrelevant point even if you did "Anti-Scam" him you must have permission to do so.

 

Nope I did not anti-scam. My point was just proving his credibility.

 

Why do I still have the DNT non - market user? He hasn't even provided any plausible evidence?

He was trying to get my main banned. Spamming Rwt messages. Booted off account and nothing on it. He has not paid a deposit due to being a regular customer therefore no reason to keep him added on skype when he is obviously a competitor.

Or he is salty about losing.

Can a mod answer?

The burden of proof is not on me, it is on the accuser. So far he has made claims. You have reacted by giving me a "DNT" symbol for a whole day with 0 proof.

 

I watch every person who rents my account at the duel arena in order to see whether the account leaves the duel arena etc. Past people have staked bills and not been booted off.

 

As a matter of fact he sent me screenshots while renting the account yesterday that he had won 400m+ stakes. Why wouldn't I have booted him then and there?

May I add that what you assume happened =/= proof.
Maybe we could skype call or something like that? This is an ineffective method of communication.

 

Absolutely regret donating to this website. A website where even a proofless claim can ruin your whole business and can leave a mark on your account which will result in people not trading with you again.

 

You are missing the point you admitted to booting him off the account. You claimed he was doing this and that but have yet to provide me with any proof, other than just admitting to kicking him off your account.

I didn't think I would have to provide proof since I thought the way that it worked was that the burden was on the accuser. If he shows you a video of what happened you'll see that there was nothing on the account. He conveniently did not video. Now can we put an end to this? There is 0 proof on his side that there was anything on the account. Also as I said before, renters are required to record at all times which comes at the top of the forums for account rentals.

 

Nowhere in your TOS states you are allowed to kick a user off the account. It only states if the TOS is violated you can keep the deposit.

You are still missing the points:
- You admitted to kicking him off the account
- You are NOT allowed to kick a user off a rental. (Show proof of why you done it)
- You blocked the user off Skype and never responded after you kicked him (Without Warning). (Your reason: He was a "Competitor" But, you still didn't mind renting him the account, did you?)

 

Well I didn't know did I? I assumed he was a competitor/salty after a loss - due to his actions. I'm sorry but when my account worth 300 dollars is potentially about to get banned - I don't sit and think "oh lets not kick him off because its against the TOS". If it was anything else I would agree, but my account safety was on the line and I was not about to let that get risked. Even if it got the minimum - like a week mute - that would fuck up my whole business for that week. Hope you understand that I was forced to.
Edit: I could have just lied and said that I did not boot him off, but I did. He has no proof there was anything on it, and neither can I prove that there was nothing on it.
