    He's currently 30m in debt, in the report you can see he claims he doesn't have any funds in btc to pay off his debt.

    Now in suspicious member, this kid randomly has over $250 in BTC? He also offered the guy $1.25/m, rather then $1.02/m that the guy was originally asking for. He's obviously attempting to scam.
