okay, so the user in question claims he was hacked but got his account back (?) and is now trying to repay you:

i try to rf him with my OWN money but he refuses..

can you show your full conversation with him (really i just care about the last few minutes of chat)? also, if you're denying his repayment, why are you doing so?
