Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: There were no victims on sythe, any forums, or anyone as a matter of fact

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: No there is not. If you would like to discuss my bans offsite, they are all for being banned on Sythe and members reporting me on other sites for offsite ban. My ban on OSBot is for the sale of a supposed “flagged” proxy. This proxy was deemed flagged because the customer botted on it for over 2 days I believe and then got banned. (For those who are experienced with proxies and OSRS, if the proxy is “flagged” you will be banned/muted upon login, not after 48 hours of botting). Anyhow, I still refunded the user. In addition, a chat moderator on OSBot can vouch on my behalf for the mishandling of the whole situation by OSBot staff.

No, I was not ban evading. Roary can speak for this. I had my account “Express4” unbanned. I wanted a username change which is not possible, so Roary closed Express4 and allowed me to create a new account under the name “TiempoSales”. I do not have much to say for this other than I acted inappropriately and take full responsibility for my actions. I should not have lost my cool and let my emotions get the best of me. I can assure everyone that this will not happen again.

However, I would like to point out that yousuckv2 referred to me as a “vader and scammer” which is 100% false. I have never ban evaded as proved by the link above, nor have I ever scammed someone which is proved by the 0 disputes against me for ever scamming someone as well my ample amount of feedback on TRiBot.

Either way I should not have acted this way and I sincerely apologize.

There is the link to my previous pardon. Here is me pleading my case to rejoin the community after waiting 6 months for this day.

To preface:

Since my ban, I have done nothing but grow as an individual and black market trader. I have continued to successfully run my website www.socks5proxies.net and in addition to that, I have now expanded into the server market with the launch of http://mybottingvps.com/# with my partner Montreal (TRiBot moderator).

My Appeal:

I have not once logged into [insert well known black hat site here] since all of this arose and I have not dabbled in that scene in the slightest. When I was doing all that I was younger and much less mature, not realizing the consequences of my actions. Since, I have smartened up and realized that I have much more potential than wasting my time like that. I can confidently say that I have never scammed anyone and never harmed anyone. I truly believe this was just a “phase” that a large majority of black market RuneScape players have gone through. At one point, we were all intrigued by that “get rich quick” scheme. Nonetheless, it was wrong of me to ever attempt to partake in such activities, hence the reason it has not happened since. I deeply regret ever doing it because it has damaged my reputation as a trusted seller in the RuneScape market. I only have myself to blame for this, however, I also have had the chance to reflect on my actions and believe that something like this will never happen again. I also believe that my reputation as of late (to quote Roary) proves this entirely.

I truly hope that the community, moderators, and admins on Sythe can accept my apology and request to be pardoned as I believe I have a lot to bring to this community. I am eager (if able) to re-open my past service, MM, and gold threads, as well as release a few guides for Runescape Botting that I am finalizing.
