What now?

I really don't know how this process works. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

I was hacked quite a while ago, luckily suspicious activity was caught before the hacker scammed anyone. (He was buying GP for an inflated rate, I believe). I did a scan of my computer (which I posted) and changed my password.

What's the next step? I took a long break from RS / Sythe but now would like to come back and be active.
