• Physically dangerous environment - it's literally so cold, even though the ice is melting due to global change, I mean climate change, I mean ozone layer (if this is still a thing - CNN's been silent about that one for a while)
• Inadequate space utilization - I would like some safe space and not just machines all around me?
• Bad lighting - mostly just candles...
• Non-ergonomic facilities for employees

Additionally, we are forced to pretend to be happy at work, while struggling to make ends meet at home and there's a huge gap between CEO Mr Claus' salary and our salary.

As you can see, WE ELVES DO ALL THE WORK. This is outright unfair.

We, at Claus Co., strongly disagree with this characterization of our employees and their experience at Claus Co..
This widely reported stunt is a gross and unfair exaggeration of the facts that is not only a misrepresentation, but it's a direct effect of disinformation spreading from the North Pole Elves Union.
We continually strive to enhance the employment experience of our employees through a variety of benefits and programs that provide them opportunity, mobility and well-being.
At our camps factories in the North Pole, the Claus Co. currently pays its hourly workers an average of $19.50 an hour.
However, we understand the challenges workers and families face and that's why we provide a wide range of benefits and initiatives to improve our employees' lives at and outside of work.

I too, have heard stories of atrocities that the North Pole workers have been subjected to as of late. I can only hope that they are rumors..

With labor and supply chain shortages impacting the globe, I could understand why humans would act as such.. but certainly not @Mr Claus, right..?

I'd also like to report that Santa is involving the Sythe-community in criminal activities by whitewashing stolen / untaxed goods.

Effective immediately, Claus Co. is ending worker contracts with all North Pole elves.
Claus Co. will be moving its factories to Ireland where leprechauns have agreed work for half the pay.
