Trying to recover a "hacked" account

Hello, I am posting here because my account was claimed to be hacked. I was using the account at my girlfriend's house a lot and on my phone. I think that made it look fishy, but it was still in the same state. I am posting this from my main household now with all VPNs off. Please allow me to recover my account I have been a member since 2005 and it's a bit bothersome not having my good ol' account.
