Most Profitable Accounts to make & sell

Hiya guys,

Wondering what the "meta" is for making accounts these days. Used to do a bit of Zulrah account making in the past, but looking at the few accounts I've seen for sale they have tanked hard. It seems like either pure or NMZ accounts (60s/70s etc.) are the main things selling atm.

Any insight on what is doing well etc?

NMZ accounts are overflooded, Their like $20 now and are hard to sell in a volume that makes them worth while.

Pure builds are more desirable, under 43 prayer fcape pures are high demand.
