    Put up a vision ward and he instantly becomes a squishy, unsuspecting target.
    Just make sure no one sees you place it of course.

    It's tremendously easy to counter Singed. Just do nothing. Farm, occasionally harass him. DONT EVER CHASE NO MATTER WHAT. He has no way real way to do damage.

    If you face a good singed top lane, you will see what im talking about. As far as I know there is no real way of countering him only way you can win that lane is when is if you get ahead of him via couple ganks from your jungler. But 1v1 you and him, no solo top bruiser will win vs a good singed.
