Moshi - false ban

Here is the report leading to Moshi's ban. He was banned off of one single IP match and that IP match happened to be a mobile phone IP.

He then disputed it, here http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1822466-ban-evader.html and was given the same answer. The mod should have looked into the report and seen it was just a mobile phone IP match. He never should have been banned in the first place.

 

Actually his IPs link to the same internet provider, same area/location, even though the numbers are slightly different they all resolve to same location and not a mobile phone.
