MooSlay is a scammer

@MooSlay is a scammer he sold me a zerker account and then recovered a week later with 10m worth of items claiming that i'll be good.

Account names and login info:

I bought the account for 60m w/ MM no fee, and I put 10m on the account. I never bought an account on here for this exact reason, but I don't feel everyone is like that I guess I was too trust worthy with this guy. I also know that this account is new (sythe account), but this actually happened to me. I post this in the hopes that he's stopped before he scams more people, and some money back would be nice, but i'll take a loss for this guy any day.

Disclaimer: I also DO NOT blame @Katana for any involvement in the transaction just presenting all the information that needs to be here. He was a great MM and would recommend him any day of the week.

 

Issued a DNT to @MooSlay, @Tywaan, @Defsquad and @Returned (home IP matches). I won't handle this report though, will leave this to someone else because I'm unavailable atm.

 

Everything lines up here. I'll give him time to respond. @MooSlay / @Tywaan / @Defsquad / @Returned (whichever account you're using) Care to elaborate here?

Also @I Alwayz win I see you've bought an account from him as well. I figured I'd tag you here as heads up, and if he recovered that account from you, then please make a separate report.

Side note: @posada225 How come you decided to purchase this account? Was it because the price was too good that you couldn't resist, or? I'm just curious is all.

Seems like a couple of other users fell for this too good to be true pricing as well.

^ @DVO123 / @vexiapking I advise you to create a report if this happened to you two as well, so that it can be added to his ban reason.

 

Don't know why he's not been banned, he keeps making new accounts everytime and scams people over again again. Shame on you staff over at sythe

 

This is the first actual report someone has created on this user. I don't know what you expect from us. We can't just take your word that he scammed someone. If we did that, then everyone could be banned at any given moment. I mean for crying out loud myself, and @Wortel (and other staff) literally encourage users to create reports by tagging them / linking the stickys on their profiles, and / or PMing the user trying to encourage them to make a report / help them with the report (example). What else do you want from us? I'm not trying to be rude, but I think we've done the best we can to prevent these issues from re-occurring, but at the end of the day we don't control the actions of other users. If they want to take our advice, then they can, but if not, then that's not our problem.

 

Thanks @King for getting back to me. I bought the account because the price seemed really good, and it seemed as a very easy transition from finding out information, talking to the MM, and doing the trade. He stated that he wanted to do this full time as a business, so I figured that he couldn't be that bad of a guy especially when I stated " that I would like to business again meaning". Meaning that I was planning on being a recurring customer to buy more IE accounts, money, items, and or services.

 

@King Hey I appreciate everything your staff does. The fact that you guys were able to get back to me in a timely matter and handle the situation, and even hear both sides of the story I find amazing. Most forums and/or companies there is a lack of communication between the customer and the workers. Sorry for friend giving you a hard time, but thank you.

 

One more thing after this is all said and done. I was wondering, and now I don't expect to get anything, but will there be any refunds of any sort? If not that's fine him getting banned will be good just curious.

 

yeah he recovered the account...i honestly should of seen this coming literally the 3rd time this has happened on this site :/

Have you been scammed and want to be paid back?

I feel as if users (and not to bash you guys by any means because I used to be the same way) put way too much trust on individuals based on their word, rather than their reputation. So many of these scammers lure you into thinking they're good people when in all honesty they'll scam people for as many McDonald's happy meals as they can. What I'm basically trying to say is be cautious with the people you deal with from here on out. I get how demotivating / annoying this can be, and I hate that these low-life individuals ruin the perception of the site for you, but if you read the guides I'll link below for you, then you'll most likely never experience these issues again. I'm always open to talk via PM / Discord if you guys need anything.

3) Accounts are ALWAYS recoverable, even with a Middleman/Recovery Test!

I'm just going to ban him now as it's quite clear what he's done here. I'm extremely sorry to hear this happen. I hope everything I stated will help prevent this from re-occurring in the future, and that your trading experiences here are much smoother from here on out.
