So here's what happened, I was on a 2 week ban for account interaction, then was permanently banned. So I disputed it and I was nbanned from the perm ban because it was false. After more than a month I still was not unbanned. So I created a new account thinking that it would be ok and I needed it to dispute here. RSprod says it wasn't allowed, but my 2 week ban was already over technically so it was allowed!

There's been some confusion here. You evaded your temp ban using theman111 before the 2 weeks had passed, which added 1 week to your ban duration. Your ban was never changed to a temporary one though, so after 3 weeks, you should have been unbanned on about February 16th. You weren't, so you evaded, which you shouldn't have done, but it's basically a staff error so I don't think you should be punished for that. I've unbanned montesinos7, try to stay out of trouble from now on
