You did not force me, but you did not tell me that you would ignore for 4 months if I knew that in advance I wouldn't have spent a cent on you. Strange wording, whether you blame me for not ignoring 4 months and not keeping your appointment to fix the website.

 

I don't understand at all what you want to say with this? I am an official company and registered as a company in my own country, what proof do you want to provide to the staff? I have already shown our conversation on the report and it proves again that it is difficult to understand things, especially not knowing how to deal with your customers.

 

You kept spamming me non stop, during weekdays and weekends, I have a life, you do (?), everyone does, and you did nothing apart from pm'ing me since the first day whereas you have failed to send the first bank transfer.

What I want to point out, is that spamming doesn't do anything, and you failed to provide multiple legal entities that caused your failure.

Whether you provide me your legal documents, I don't care it's not my job, my job is to get your website up and running and working as expected, which I did, and you kept adding new business requirements: "Yo Hassan can you add this like Limiq's website?" and several other things as well that I might have forgotten.

You should understand something; when you go to a car manufacturer/dealer and you want to buy a car, that is done the same way thousands of times, if not millions, you don't tell them I want a 90% discount because you copied the prototype, do you? If you have some difficulties understanding what I've just written, then I will be in deep desperate to try to make understand some logical thinking behind the business.

This is a really weird way to excuse yourself from this situation, I didn't spam you before I paid you for the website. I have never spammed you when you were working on a website? Did you spam after weeks of not speaking to you and always had excuses that you were supposedly so busy. You can't take an example of other things if you know that you yourself are wrong for now, can you? You would complete things on my website and you paid nicely for it, Do you not give the right to play your own rights and say I block you and will you ignore it for 4 months? you should do your job that I paid you for.

And what pirate @Pirate said, I should get a refund for the things that you have not done and are on the contract that we made together, then you are about 80% refund out of my head.

I'm just wondering one thing, based on what criteria did you calculate the partial refund, and who said there's a partial refund or even refund, you clearly didn't read my terms and conditions.
Like how did you get that number, the 80%, the "80%" alone, is there a mathematical formula you've followed?
Do you even know that all of what's missing is because of you failed to deliver them and failed to deliver them?

 

I don't understand that you keep insisting that you are not wrong and that you have no right to give a refund. You have cheated several people and is still running a report for you at the moment.
You keep talking about checking your document, but more than half has not even been completed, so please stop linking.
I also don't think you understand why this report was made.

 

I don't get you sticking what I didn't do right? We agreed that design could be delivered at any time, you should not back down now. I have not calculated on anything but if you look at what you have completed and just use a copy / paste code that you use on multiple websites, I think 80% is nice.

 

Stick to your own project and don't stick your nose to people's talks and entities, stick to your own arguments if you can't find something else.
I don't want to humiliate you in front of everyone, but you're more than a weird person, I won't bother myself replying to you.

His weird design needs to be queued to my projects list if that's the case (plus needs a lot of adjustments so it becomes feasible), and then if I don't finish it after what I have in hand, he can then report me properly.

I am happy that you were able to find a solution to this situation, but I would not be able to continue working with him after months of ignoring and not finishing my website. I would like a refund for the things you did not finish or received from me. by the way, you have never asked me about any designs of the buttons etc. So that means collecting money and then completely ignoring it via discord.

good that you mentioned this i just needed, thank you. You had my website progress on your discord but after you blocked me you also threw me off your discord, so this cannot be traced and therefore insufficient information. I am fully entitled to my money.

 

I removed you after you started spamming me, as I said, I have the right to terminate any project in progress if I feel deem to do so, your only option is either to wait for the website to be done, or just sit complaining about "designing buttons" which is an irrelevant term for both development and designing.
I am not asking you for your opinion once again, I am telling you what's happening next, it's either take it or leave it.
Apparently you need a couple of appointments at the nearest therapist.

you certainly are not entitled to the termination of a project, because if you have already paid in advance, you should have agreed to it earlier. so everything you performed would mean I take it for granted, take your money and the rest would have to be paid back to my account or whatever. I do not understand that you are attacking me personally, I do not do to you either? Just keep busy in this situation, you notice that you have quite a hard time talking yourself out.

 

I didn't scam to get a DNT, nor I ran away, I am stating facts and he failed to provide them.
It's somehow unfair but at least I will stick to it if you feel your judgement is correct.
Until everything in hand is done, he has to wait and stay in the queue, but this time he has to provide all of the necessary documents when I ask him so, not when he spams me.

 

He has never asked me for any designs of the buttons or whatever, he just drew the money and delivered this website which is totally unfinished. He would definitely have to put up with the loss cause he knew very well what he was doing, Blocking, throwing off the discord, That means you try to erase tracks and get rid of it, So I'm getting myself right to get the money back to my account or whatever.

Until now you make your own rules again, I pay you to complete a website for me and we have discussed and put it down on your word document, You literally make everything green that you have made, that more than half still gray, not green.
Says enough that I am entitled to a refund of what you have not completed. You have never asked me for designs, but have you accepted money? so then you know very well what you are doing, sir.
