My Dell M992 is blurry as shit. The only resolutions that work moderately well (still blurry, but not as bad) are the two lowest, 800x600 and 960x600. There's no way in hell that I'd be caught dead using resolutions as low as that, so I want to fix my problem.

It's a relatively newer CRT monitor and shouldn't be busted like this.

    I've tried:
    -Degaussing
    -Changing size/geometry
-Changing refresh rate (all from 60Hz to 85Hz)

I have another CRT that's older and works fine (1998 or something), but that thing supports only a max res of 1024x768 :(
Help is really friggin appreciated. I'll give you massive /sexy time if you can help me fix this.

Make sure you have the latest drivers. Also, make sure you don't have any electrical wires running on or very close to the chord to your monitor, it can sometimes cause this.

Meh. Only think I know of other than the frame rate..
Uhh, Try holding the CTRL key and scrolling your mouse up or down, see if that helps.

Yeah but if it's not at a good size it can make everything look blurry. I don't know what else to do. Have you tried Googling it?

Yep. I've resorted to opening it, but I can't seem to find the focus control >_>

EDIT: Just ended up buying a new one, it's 123412414 times better anyway...20" flat panel, $180
