    Now I know ELKOY KING never stated his skype in his threads, but if you look at his thread "SELLING 16B ELKOY CASH" it was created on July 1st, 2017 @ 10:48 A.M, and these messages where he added me were on the same day, and he said he had 15-16b stocked. When I did more research about this, I found out that his skype "Runboy33" was shown in multiple reports of TWC / Ban evasion as seen below.
