    Moneybookers.
    Can somebody who actually knows what the fuck their doing help me? I made an account, with my credit card, and it will not let me send any damn money. Does anyone know how I can send money to other people, via Moneybookers, with my credit card?


    P.S. I am not giving any site my social security number.

    I'm pretty sure you have to put the funds into your account and then pay whoever it is.
