Moneybookers/Western union.

Hey guys, i got a question.

if someone pays you like 100$ to your moneybookers/western union account, can he refund the money than? like scam you when you gave him the desired items and than he'd take back his money?

and also, will any of my moneybookers/western union account get limited like with paypal when i don't provide all info about myself?

 

Moneybookers and Western Union are un reversible, meaning you can't can't get scammed. I'm not sure about a limitation, but I've never heard of it happening before. One thing I would recommend though is to use Player Auctions. You trade via PayPal, but it goes through them and is un reversible. It's also cheaper.

 

I heard Moneybookers is chargebackable although very difficult, I heard.
And Western Union is un-chargebackable.
I've never heard of cases in "Limiting" in both of them.

 

Moneybookers can have reversals, anywhere you can pay with a credit card can have reversals. There are precautions you can take that will help you win any dispute that arises with paypal.
