    Looking for someone to recieve a debit card for me via mail (you need a valid name, address, ssn, email etc.) Its 30$ prepaid, hoping to get via money via moneybookers for it.

    I don't think this is against the rules, but it's extremely risky. I would suggest if you really need help like this to PM someone you deem trustworthy.
