Negative J-coins

I've honestly tried tons of things to get these fucking negative J coins off my account but basically I payed for a membership then Star_scream got fucked over and all the memberships he sold got reversed which led to me having negative credit anyways, I contacted paybycash and they just told me a bunch of shit which I don't understand...

So why the hell is Jagex giving me the option to pay this off if paybycash is just saying no your account is fucked...? I sent this payment about a month ago and i'm still in negative credit.

Is there anyone else with this problem or has anyone found any solutions?

PS. I contacted Jagex Billing support team the first time they said to contact paybycash and when I emailed them again they have not replied and I sent that about 2 - 3 weeks ago.

 

Keep emailing them, Star Scream's supplier fucked me over to lol.. I still have not gotten my account unlocked either, but still try emailing them again.

 

I think you have to buy ultimategamercards to take it off negative credits

 

I did buy a UGC card.

 

You buy a UGC, you apply it to your account, and in 3-7 days your account SHOULD be clear for gameplay.

 

I applied it a month ago.

 

That is very weird. I have an account in negative credit since like 2006. It says one method to get it off is to use an UGC.

I would try emailing [email protected] instead

Anyways I just looked it up and there are two ways to contact them about billing issues. If you already sent them an email to [email protected]
there is a way to submit a ticket on a billing issues under account management.

I actually have 2 accounts in the same spot for the same thing from the same person even lol so please when you figure out what works post here I'll do the same I've been trying everything and I have the same problem
