A partner is:

A friend who shares a common interest or participates in achieving a common goal

A team is:

A team comprises a group of people or animals linked in a common purpose. Teams are especially appropriate for conducting tasks that are high in complexity and have many interdependent subtasks.

TLDR: Sticky a "Looking for luring team" thread or stop locking ours. Obvious difference is obvious.

No support. Just specify that you are looking to create/find a team in the sticky.

There's really no need. You can assemble a team by gathering a group of partners from the sticky we already have.
