Well you'r lucky cause most of the time the user will get banned.

Also i'm pretty sure when the account is recovered, you lose the mod on the avatar aswell.

I still have an account which is ban as you listed above x/x/9999 and when the account was recovered back to my xbox the avatar was normal as I had it before. So i'm not sure how this works.

thing is they recently updated there tos and any type of profile mod including achivements is flagged now for a temopry suspension after that its a pernament ban on your console serial
