Ya thats it. Considering its release date going back and back, that should be a major reason. They just want to open up RS and be itself.

Although I think they might have better (but not perfect) bot/free-trade-catching system, they might be faking it too. Since they failed with bots and lost money while doing it, they could just let all hell break loose and get the money out of it while at it!

 

This will happen regardless. Jagex aren't likely to turn down extra money from players who would be coming back.

 

So basically what he's saying is that as soon as they have enough votes to be satisfied, they're going to be bringing it back?

 

When any of you get a chance to talk to one of the jmods on forums or ingame, just ask them enough times "so if we don't reach 1 mil voters, you're just going to ignore the entire playebase that is actually interested in the future of the game?"

They wont be able to ignore this question for long, no matter how much bullshit they give of needing 1 mil votes for "relevant statistics". Assuming the people that haven't voted yet just don't care, their votes wont influence the outcome anyway.

They know this, we know this, now someone needs to call in their bluff until they are forced to admit it.

 

Statistically Relevant? What does that have to do with anything, as long as a majority agree to bring it back.

 

How is it hard to understand that almost all active players are voting? This is ridiculous. I'm very disappointed.

that part about not releasing it if we dont get enough votes is bs, they are defo updating it, its just a matter of "when"

if they dont do it wiht 90% of rs wanting it to, im pretty sure they'll lose even more members then when they actually took wildy away lol

 

The votes have risen dramatically since the banner has been released, eitherway there could have been 1 vote and they probabily will bring it back, when have they ever listened to us.
